Description:
This position is responsible for undergraduate advisement of students concerning their educational program and academic needs; providing customer service; responding to telephone requests; administrative functions, including but not limited to: data entry, bank deposits, ordering office supplies & faculty textbooks, organization of textbook list, maintaining student files & advising notes, reporting, coordination of commencement ceremony, scheduling appointments for academic advising, transcribing instructor evaluations, and perform financial aid duties
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will possess an Associate's degree, with a minimum 3.0 GPA. The candidate must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong computer skills, and communication skills are required. Some evening and weekend work may be required.
